- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, packaging and marking of air filter membranes for air inlet components of blood transfusion equipment. This standard is applicable to air filter membranes used for air inlet components of infusion and blood transfusion equipment. This material is mainly used as the air inlet component of infusion and blood transfusion equipment to meet clinical infusion and blood transfusion requirements through normal air intake. It is also used to filter particles and microorganisms in the air. This standard does not apply to air filter membranes made of fiberglass.
