- 1. Chapter 4 Evaluation Principles This chapter stipulates the requirements of scientific principles, universality principles, comparability principles, rationality principles, normative principles and validity principles that need to be met when evaluating international procurement of high-quality products. 2. Chapter 5 Evaluation Index System This chapter stipulates the content of the evaluation index system for international procurement of high-quality products. The evaluation index includes five aspects: basic requirements of products, pre-production quality control, production process quality control, product inspection and other requirements. 3. Chapter 6 Evaluation Methods and Result Expression This chapter stipulates the evaluation methods, evaluation methods, evaluators, evaluation results and expression of international procurement of high-quality products. 4. Chapter 7 Evaluation Procedure This chapter stipulates the evaluation process for international procurement of high-quality products and the contents of evaluation application, document review, on-site inspection and follow-up inspection in the evaluation process. 5. Chapter 8 Evaluation Report This chapter stipulates the contents of the evaluation report for international procurement of high-quality products.
