Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitment of mother and son soy sauce. This standard applies to high-salt dilute soy sauce made from brewed soy sauce (mother oil) and soybean cake (sub) as raw materials, mixed into a thin mash, and then fermented twice.
