Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality and safety requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, and packaging and labeling, transportation and storage requirements for wheat flour used in Shandong steamed buns. This standard applies to commercial wheat flour for making steamed buns made from local wheat produced in Shandong Province as the main raw material (≥60%).
