This document describes the general detection principles of optical fiber sensor electrical equipment vibration detection, the composition of optical fiber vibration sensing systems, electrical equipment vibration detection methods and steps, electrical equipment vibration assessment criteria and electrical equipment vibration detection requirements. This document applies to power transformers with voltage levels of 110kV and above and gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) with voltage levels of 72.5kV and above.
