This document specifies the product models, specifications, expression methods, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and transportation of semi-conductive tapes for buffer layers of power cables with rated voltages of 110kV and above (hereinafter referred to as "semi-conductive tapes") and storage. This document applies to the manufacture, acceptance and use of semiconductive tapes for buffer layers of power cables with rated voltages of 110kV and above. The semi-conductive tape used for the buffer layer of 66kV power cable can be used as a reference.
