Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and nomenclature, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of smokeless baking equipment for walnut drying operations. This standard is mainly applicable to complete sets of smokeless baking equipment that burns solid fuel and uses air as the heating medium for indirect heating.
