- Scope
- This standard specifies the general principles for classification and grading of safety risks in the use of special equipment, analysis of the severity of accident (event) consequences, analysis of the possibility of accidents (events), safety risk level evaluation, evaluation cycle and re-evaluation. This standard applies to registered special equipment used in fixed places. This standard does not apply to special equipment produced by units that have not obtained special equipment production (including design, manufacturing, installation, modification, repair) license qualifications.
