Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods for electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coatings on bonding pins. This document applies to thermodynamically metastable alloy coatings of nickel-phosphorus supersaturated solid solutions obtained by bonding pin methods. This document does not apply to electroless nickel boron alloy coatings, nickel-phosphorus composite coatings and ternary alloy coatings.
