This document specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and custody of vehicle-mounted wind turbines. This document applies to vehicle-mounted wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as "generators") that generate electrical energy from the wind brought by vehicle movement.
