Scope
This document stipulates the terms and definitions, technical requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wheat flour specially used for ramen noodles. This document applies to wheat flour specially used for ramen noodles made from high-quality wheat as raw material in Ningxia region and processed through cleaning, moistening, grinding and sifting.
