Scope
This standard specifies the models and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of arsenic-free electronic copper foil (hereinafter referred to as copper foil). This standard applies to arsenic-free electronic copper foil for printed circuit boards and other uses.
