This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of brushless motor high-speed hair dryers (hereinafter referred to as "hair dryers"). This document applies to high-speed hair dryers with a rotational speed of not less than 100,000 rpm.
