This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic composition, product classification, technical requirements, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of remanufactured lithium battery chargers for electric airport luggage carts (hereinafter referred to as "chargers"). This document is applicable to the selection, design and manufacture of remanufactured electric airport luggage trolley chargers. Note: For newly designed and manufactured electric airport luggage trolleys, the selection, design and manufacture of chargers can be carried out with reference to this document.
