- 1. Usage characteristics 1. The long-term operating temperature of the type of cable used should not exceed the rated temperature of the product. 2. The rated voltage of the product is the value specified in the product specifications. 2. General requirements for cable structure 1. Unless otherwise specified, the conductor should be composed of unmetallized or metal-plated annealed round copper wire or copper alloy wire, which can be a solid conductor or a stranded conductor. 2. When the insulation contacting the copper conductor has been tested to corrode unprotected copper and a protective isolation layer is not used, each single wire of solid conductors and stranded conductors shall be covered with a suitable metal or alloy plating. 3. The insulation should be tightly wrapped around the conductor core and should be easy to peel off without damaging the insulation layer and coating.
