Scope

This standard specifies the hygienic requirements for salad oil. This standard is applicable to high-grade edible salad oil processed and refined from rapeseed, soybean, peanut, cottonseed, corn germ and other crude oils through degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and other processes.
