Scope

This standard specifies the test method for identifying graphene materials in fibers by transmission electron microscopy, including two methods of sample preparation, dissolution extraction and ultrathin sectioning. Among them, the dissolution extraction method is suitable for fibers whose main material can be dissolved, and the ultrathin slicing method is suitable for fibers that can be easily made into ultrathin slices.
