Scope

This standard specifies the basic work content, preparation attempts and procedures for preparing a feasibility study report (hereinafter referred to as a feasibility study report) for a thermal power plant (hereinafter referred to as a power plant). This standard applies to power plant construction, expansion or reconstruction projects.
