Scope

This document specifies the ordering content, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of alloy steel hot-rolled wire rods for hand tools. This document is applicable to the manufacture of alloy steel hot-rolled wire rods with a diameter of 5.5mm~30mm for hand tools (hereinafter referred to as wire rods).
