Scope

This part of GB/T38651 stipulates the requirements for maintenance (including basic regulations, daily maintenance, maintenance under special weather conditions, and safety inspections) during the service life of the public information sign carrier after the installation of the public information sign carrier. This section applies to the maintenance of various types of public information sign carriers (including panelless, panel, structural and luminous) installed indoors and outdoors. This section does not apply to road traffic signs and safety signs.
