- This document stipulates the system composition and functional requirements, technical performance requirements, monitoring station requirements, installation requirements, technical indicator debugging and testing, technical acceptance, operation management, and data review and processing for continuous monitoring of carbon dioxide emissions from fixed pollution sources. This document is applicable to the continuous monitoring of carbon dioxide emissions in waste gases generated from boilers and industrial furnaces using fossil energy as fuel or raw materials, as well as in the production processes of petrochemical, metallurgy, and building materials. Continuous monitoring of carbon dioxide emissions from stationary pollution sources fueled by biomass can be implemented with reference to this document.
