This document specifies the quality and technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation and storage requirements for tin slime, a by-product of triphenyltin chloride. This document is applicable to the production of triphenyltin chloride using metallic sodium, metallic tin, chlorobenzene, chlorine, etc. as the main raw materials. The aqueous phase produced during the hydrolysis process is adsorbed by activated carbon, neutralized with liquid alkali, and obtained by press filtration. The by-product tin mud of triphenyltin chloride is mainly used in smelting metallic tin.
