Scope

This standard specifies the technical preparation, underground pipeline exploration, underground pipeline measurement, underground pipeline data processing, results quality inspection and assessment, and results acceptance and submission for urban underground pipeline census in Sichuan Province. This standard is applicable to the census of various metal and non-metal pipes and cables in urban and long distances. Dynamic updates of underground pipelines and general surveys of ground and overhead pipelines can be performed with reference to this standard.
