- This document specifies the technical requirements for use conditions, technical performance, design, testing, marking, packaging, storage, transportation and acceptance of DC capacitors used in flexible DC converters. This document is applicable to DC capacitors installed on the converter valve and combined with controllable power electronic components into power module subunits in flexible high-voltage DC transmission systems of ±800 kV and below. DC capacitors for flexible DC converters with voltages below 1000V can be implemented as a reference.
