This document stipulates relevant technical requirements such as disinfection methods and principles for the use of disinfectants, environmental health protection, product contamination risk prevention and control, personnel protection and harmless treatment in places where fresh (frozen) animal products are sold. This document applies to places selling fresh (frozen) animal products such as farmers’ markets, supermarkets and specialty stores, but does not apply to places selling cooked animal products.
