T/SDEPI 034-2023 Technical Guideline for the construction of fecal sewage treatment and resource utilization of rural sanitary dry toilets (English Version)
This document stipulates the terms and definitions, overall requirements, treatment scale, fecal pollutant indicators, fecal waste treatment and resource utilization, construction and acceptance of dry-renovated toilets, and technical requirements for construction and acceptance. This document applies to the construction of aerobic treatment and resource utilization projects for toilet waste in administrative villages, natural villages, and scattered rural households that are newly built, renovated, and expanded. The treatment and resource utilization of urban toilet waste and septic tank waste can be implemented as a reference. The construction of manure treatment and resource utilization projects should be implemented in accordance with this document as long as it does not violate relevant national, industry and local standards and regulations.
