This document specifies the raw materials and production process, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of anti-1,3-dichloropropene, a by-product of epichlorohydrin. This document applies to trans-1,3-dichloropropene obtained through a distillation and purification process using by-products produced during the production of epichlorohydrin as raw materials, and is mainly used as raw material for industrial synthesis. Other trans-1,3-dichloropropene produced through distillation and purification of waste liquid containing trans-1,3-dichloropropene can also refer to this document.
