- This document applies to the cement industry, including the environmental impact of construction projects of production enterprises engaged in cement raw material mining, cement (clinker) production, cement grinding, bulk cement transfer, cement product production, etc., as well as the use of cement kilns to collaboratively dispose of solid waste. Evaluation, environmental protection facility design, project completion environmental protection acceptance, production operation control, monitoring and supervision, as well as pollution control and supervision management of existing cement production facilities. The control of pollutants in non-metallic mineral mining and powder processing, and the mining and processing of construction sand and gravel aggregates shall refer to this document.
