Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 43 phytohormones in rice (see Appendix A). This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of 43 phytohormones in the roots, stems, leaves and other tis ues of rice plants. The detection limit of this standard method is 0.02ng/g~8.0ng/g.
