This document stipulates the terms and definitions, evaluation basis and principles, evaluation indicators, evaluation process, etc. for the evaluation of medical scientific and technological achievements. This document is applicable to the evaluation of transformation-based medical scientific and technological achievements such as drugs (traditional Chinese medicines, chemical drugs, biological products) and medical devices. Other medical scientific and technological achievements such as health foods, foods for special medical purposes, cosmetics, and medical technology can be used as a reference.
