This document specifies the general technical requirements for mobile payment products and security units, including physical characteristics, electrical characteristics, logical interfaces, communication protocols and working modes. This document applies to the design and manufacturing of integrated circuits (ICs) and smart card products by relevant units engaged in mobile payment business, as well as the research, development, integration and maintenance of related application systems. This document also applies to testing and certification agencies’ safety and standard compliance testing and certification of related products and application systems.
