Scope: 1.1 This practice covers the quality requirements for three classes of hardwood and soft-wood members, excluding manmade or fabricated wood composites, used in the construction of boxes, crates, pallets, and blocking and bracing. 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard.
