Quality innovation and quality improvement are important components of organizational quality improvement work. The China Quality Association guides organizations to actively apply advanced quality management tools and methods to carry out quality innovation and quality improvement. In practice, a large number of results with good demonstration effects have been produced. In order to standardize and promote the implementation of quality innovation and quality improvement projects, systematically and scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of projects, and continuously improve the quality of project results, this document is specially formulated. This document proposes the evaluation principles, evaluation elements and evaluation procedures for quality innovation, on-site management improvement, Six Sigma, reliability and other project results, and provides implementation guidelines for organizations to scientifically carry out evaluation of quality innovation and quality improvement results.
