This document stipulates the terms and definitions, product classification, protection scope, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of the geographical indication certification trademark product "Chifeng Donkey Meat". This document applies to the production, operation and sale of "Chifeng Donkey Meat" approved and protected by the Announcement (No. 354) of the "Measures for the Administration of the Use of Special Marks of Geographical Indications (Trial)".
