- This standard applies to small-sized wheelchairs of type 7-05-01 of the federal list [1] for the movement of disabled people and disabled children with a weight not exceeding 100 kg, with high bilateral amputation of the hips, indoors and outdoors on a flat hard surface, driven in motion and controlled by the user independently (hereinafter referred to as platform strollers) using the efforts of both hands transmitted to manual thrust sticks or push shoes
