- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for the determination of metal and non-metallic impurities in common chemical reagents and high-purity chemical reagents by inductively coupled high-frequency plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This standard applies to the simultaneous or sequential determination of various impurities in chemical reagent products after separation of the matrix by using low-power inductance coupled with high-frequency plasma atomic emission spectrometer and solution sampling method. The linear range of the working curve of spectral analysis can reach 5-6 orders of magnitude, and the detection limit of most elements is 10-8~10-9g/mL. This standard does not include direct sample injection analysis, nor does it apply to solid sample injection.
