This document stipulates the technical requirements, quality assurance regulations, delivery preparation and other requirements for high-performance carbon fibers used in 70MPa IV hydrogen storage bottle pressure vessels (hereinafter referred to as pressure vessels). This document applies to high-performance carbon fibers for plastic liner and wet-wound 70MPa IV hydrogen storage bottle pressure vessels (12K/24K dry-jet wet spinning process, untwisted fiber).
