- Scope
- This standard specifies the structure, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, factory information, markings, coating and transportation packaging and quality commitment of steel coiled heat exchangers. This standard is mainly applicable to steel coiled heat exchangers used in industries such as petroleum refining, coal chemical industry, liquefied natural gas and air separation plants. The defined scope complies with Article 1.8 of GB/T 151-2014. The applicable parameter range is: a ) Applicable design pressure: no more than 35 MPa; b) Applicable design temperature: no more than the allowable use temperature range of the materials listed in GB/T 150.2; c) Applicable nominal diameter of the tube-wound heat exchanger is no more than 6000 mm , the product of shell side design pressure (MPa) and nominal diameter (mm) is not greater than (4.5×104) MPa?mm. Note: Tube-wound heat exchangers beyond this range can be manufactured with reference to this standard.
