Scope: This document specifies the test substance information, test principle, test method, test procedure, quality assurance and quality control, data and report of bird acute oral toxicity test. This document is applicable to the evaluation of acute oral toxicity to birds of chemical substances of low volatility with adequate accuracy and sensitivity analytical methods. This document is not applicable to the acute oral toxicity test of highly volatile chemical substances.
