- This regulation stipulates the overall framework, information collection technology, data requirements, functional requirements, equipment requirements and other technical requirements for the Sichuan Province reservoir dynamic supervision and early warning system. This procedure applies to the construction and management of dynamic supervision and early warning systems for large, medium and small reservoirs under the supervision of the Sichuan Provincial Water Conservancy Department, including system construction planning, program design, project implementation and acceptance, operation management, etc.
