This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of Cantonese light soy sauce. This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of Cantonese-style light-kou soy sauce products produced by the high-salt dilute brewing process. It is not applicable to Cantonese-style light-kou soy sauce products produced by the low-salt solid state brewing process.
