This document stipulates the requirements for carbon footprint monitoring technology and monitoring indicator systems in the park dimension. This document is suitable for use by management committees or government departments of various types of parks such as industrial parks, circular economy parks, industrial incubators, and high-tech parks, when carrying out statistical accounting of carbon footprint data. At the same time, it is also applicable to third-party carbon footprint certification agencies and carbon financial service agencies, and can be used when carrying out product carbon footprint/label certification and financial services.
