- This document specifies the technical requirements for the function and structure, data acquisition and communication, start-stop control, active power control, reactive voltage control, blocking, control process recording, performance indicators and system testing of the photovoltaic power station power control system. This document applies to photovoltaic power stations connected to the grid through a voltage level of 35kV and above, and connected to the public grid through a voltage level of 10kV.
