This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of HACC high-efficiency flocculants. This document applies to flocculant products obtained by compounding polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride and polyaluminum chloride, which are mainly used as flocculants for industrial and domestic water treatment.
