Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements, scope definition and evaluation requirements for the conservation and intensive use of sea water for warm drainage. This document applies to the sea use of warm water for Binhai Nuclear Power Plant and Binhai Thermal Power Plant. The scope of warm water use for other industrial cooling water discharge facility projects can be defined as a reference.
