Scope

This document specifies a framework for the verification and validation of the interoperability of Manufacturing Capability Units (MCUs) with a set of capabilities that meet the functional requirements of a target manufacturing application solution. This document describes the use and implementation steps of the interoperability criteria in Part 1 for a framework applicable to verification and validation.
