- This document stipulates the extraction of coalbed methane in coal mining areas within the administrative jurisdiction of Shanxi Province, the resolution of disputes over non-overlapping areas, overlapping areas and adjacent areas of coalbed methane and coal mining rights, and proposes the application principles of gas and coal linkage extraction in the four areas of coal mining areas.
