This document stipulates the terms and definitions, overall requirements, system requirements, equipment facilities and operational service requirements, infrastructure, and technical applications of the university smart parking system (hereinafter referred to as the "system"). This document is applicable to the construction and acceptance of smart parking systems in universities. Other types of parking systems can be implemented as a reference.
