This document specifies the calculation conditions, technical requirements and control measures for frequency stability calculation of new energy and small hydropower power supply systems. This document is applicable to the frequency stability calculation and analysis of isolated power systems with new energy and small hydropower as the main power sources and voltage levels of 220kV and below or power systems with risks of isolated operation. Frequency stability calculations of power systems with other voltage levels can be implemented as a reference.
