- The temperature requirement for apple cold storage is generally -3℃~3℃, and the most suitable storage temperature is -1℃~1℃. This standard applies to the following varieties of fresh apples stored in refrigerated storage and early maturing varieties: yellow bananas, June red apples, etc. Medium-ripe varieties: Hongxing, Golden Delicious, Meiba, Gala, Miju, etc. Late maturing varieties: Yanfu, Danfu, Changfu No. 2, Qinguan, Ruiyang, Ruixue, Guoguang, etc.
